At Longhorn Cafe, we’re proud to serve up more than just great food — we’re serving a piece of history. What began as a small taco stand in the 1950s has grown into one of the most beloved dining spots in Central Texas, known for our legendary Original Big Juicy™ burger and an extensive menu filled with mouth-watering comfort food. We’ve come a long way since those humble beginnings, but our commitment to providing fresh, delicious meals and a laid-back, family-friendly atmosphere remains the same.

In 1995, owners Paul Weir and David Wynn took over the Longhorn Cafe and have since turned it into a regional favorite. Their vision was simple: create a place where locals and visitors alike could enjoy great food, cold drinks, and a welcoming environment. Today, we’re proud to serve families, friends, and everyone in between at our eight convenient locations across San Antonio, Boerne, and New Braunfels.

Our menu is a celebration of classic comfort food with a Texas twist. From our signature Big Juicy™ burger, served hot and fresh off the grill, to our crispy chicken-fried steaks and hearty baskets of golden, hand-breaded onion rings, there’s something for every craving.
